Perfect Harmony is a beautiful book about La Rive.
This renowned restaurant created a reputation with its French-Mediterranean kitchen, in which many fresh vegetables and seasonal products are carefully being prepared in an innovative way. The British publicist Mark Cunningham was fascinated by La Rive and composed a book about chef de cuisine Rogér Rassin, maître-sommelier Ronald Opten and their teams.
The book includes background information about the dishes and special wines that are being served but the book as well tells the story of the people behind the scenes with personal stories from several cooks and host/hostesses. With opinionated lay out and unique photographs.
